I moved to the San Antonio area 14 years ago from the small town Gonzales, TX. I’ve worked in the management field for the past 13 years ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and mentoring, guiding and training 20 plus employees. I’ve been with NewSound Hearing for the past 3 years. I’ve been fortunate to witness and be a part of reconnecting people to their world through saving their hearing lives. We make a difference each and every day with our patients and their loved ones. I’ve never felt more passion, desire, drive or inspired by any position I have ever held than what I do now at NewSound Hearing.

Amber has been working with NewSound Hearing since February 22, 2016 and has about 6 years of experience in the medical field. She became interested in this field because her youngest daughter was born with a cleft palate which comes with hearing loss. When she saw a position open for a hearing aid company, it really intrigued her. She loves seeing people leave with a smile on their face knowing that NewSound has helped them.
