Brenda Whitney-Skaggs joined the New Sound Hearing Aid Centers family in March of 2022. With over 30 years of customer service experience, Brenda is dedicated to creating a friendly, welcoming environment that puts the client first. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping them to reach their full hearing potential.
Outside of the hearing profession, Brenda enjoys being in nature and writing murder mystery scripts with her husband of 20 years.

Patient Care Coordinator
Sophia Raiford graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2022. She enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, playing with her dog, nephews, and nieces. She has joined the New Sound Family as of December 2024 and is dedicated to keeping the office organized and efficient to make every patient’s visit meaningful and helpful.
