D’Anne graduated Cum Laude from Southwest Texas State University in 1993. She proudly joined the NewSound team in 2015 and is passionate about connecting people back to their lives through better hearing. D’Anne has 24 years of client experience, and recognizes the difficulties her clients experience. She understands each client is different and needs a customized solution to their needs.

She has lived in the San Antonio area for 45 years. She enjoys spending her free-time exploring with her son and husband of 21 years.

Brenda Whitney-Skaggs joined the New Sound Hearing Aid Centers family in March of 2022. With over 30 years of customer service experience, Brenda is dedicated to creating a friendly, welcoming environment that puts the client first. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping them to reach their full hearing potential.

Brenda is currently training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist to serve her clients more fully.

Outside of the hearing profession, Brenda enjoys being in nature and writing murder mystery scripts with her husband of 17 years.
